4m DIRECT DRILL

New for 2023 a Khun Espro 4 meter min till seed drill capable of drilling into ploughed min tilled ground and direct into crop residues. Get in touch with any requirements you have.

OPICO 6m GRASS DRILL

We operate a high-output Grass Harrow and seeder, designed for large-scale farmers and contractors. The Grass Master consists of a heavy-duty harrow complete with levelling board, purpose-built to carry an Air 16 Seeder. The unit enables light cultivation and levelling to be carried out for complete re-seeds or over-seeding, with higher seed rates and faster working speeds than have been available up to now. The seeder has 16 outlets with hydraulic fan and 400-litre seed hopper. Other features are full in-cab electronic control plus variable seed rate on the move and radar.

VADERSTAD 12/8 ROW MAIZE DRILL

The mounted high-speed planter Tempo V is available with 6 to 12 row units, including odd numbers. The ability to use the same machine for multiple crops often means that two traditional planters can be replaced. This increases usage and lower the hectare costs. In combination with the front hopper FH 2200, Tempo V is able to combi-drill fertiliser at high speed. Väderstad Tempo is a new generation high-speed planter, delivering an unmatched precision at double the speed of traditional planters. No-till, min-till or conventional tillage – Tempo performs exceptionally in all conditions. The crops gets the best start possible which results in an even emergence.

A.R.Richards operates a number of ploughs, available to cater to your agricultural service requirement. All of our ploughs can be operated by a medium-sized tractor and are suitable and manoeuvrable enough to cater to an average or medium-sized field.

DRILLING

Our drilling services are available to cater for the accurate dispersion of seeds for optimum crop growth. Our drilling machinery allows for accurate measurement to ensure an equal distribution of the seeds and makes the overall process quicker and more effective. We can cater for both large-scale or smaller scale drilling requirements.
