• Site Preparation – Our digger operator will level the existing terrain, creating a flat, consistent surface on which to position the sleepers.
• Marking and Measuring – Working from your plans, we will mark out exact spots for each sleeper to be laid using stakes and quality measuring tools.
• Laying Sleepers – With areas delineated, our team will carefully lay down each sleeper side-by-side, verifying alignment and spacing between them.
• Tamping and Securing – Finally, we tamp down gravel, ballast or other aggregates between the sleepers to stabilise them before securing them.
