Here are some interesting facts from Chris Woodcock, our longest standing sleeper laying expert!
-70/80 sleepers on average can be laid per hour, however this does not include the preparation work that also takes place.
-The longest sleeper track we have laid was a cow track, which was 6 ½ kilometres long.
-The fantastic thing about sleepers is that they are not permanently fixed in, and can always be moved if needed.
