Midlands Air Ambulance is YOUR local Air Ambulance.
This charity operates and funds 3 Air Ambulances that cover Gloucestershire, Herefordshire,
Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
The Air Ambulance have been “Saving lives by saving time” for 32 years and this has been made
possible by the fantastic fundraisers and volunteers.
Since 1991, Midlands Air Ambulance have responded to over 72,000 missions.
Every second counts in an emergency and on average the crew can arrive on the scene, which can be
the most remote locations that are unreachable by land ambulance, within 10 minutes.
For as long as we can remember A.R.Richards has supported the Midlands Air Ambulance. Having
worked within the farming community for over 40 years we are fully aware of the restrictions our
working conditions put on the emergency services. Thankfully, we have not had to use this service,
but we will be forever grateful for what they do for our community, and we are happy to support
them as much as we can.
In October 2021 we purchased two brand-new, state of the art bin lorries to help with our bin
rounds. We decided to decorate these in liveries to show case two of our main charities, Midlands
Air Ambulance and Hope House Children’s Hospice. On the back of this, for every bin lifted, we
donate to these charities.
