Terms and Conditions

Please read the below terms and conditions carefully before making any qualifying purchase offered by A.R. Richards in relation to its Newport Show promotion.

By participating in the Newport Show promotion, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

  1. The discount of £5 is available across all products and services offered by A.R. Richards.
  2. The discount is applicable for transactions made between July 8th, 2023 and July 8th, 2024. Purchases made outside of this date range will not be eligible for this promotion.

Limitations

  1. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
  2. Each voucher issued is valid for a single use only and may not be reused or combined with other offers.
  3. Transactions must have a minimum value of £100 ex. VAT to be eligible for the promotion.
  4. The promotion will be applied to eligible transactions prior to the addition of VAT.

Cash Exchange

  1. The £5 discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
  2. The discount holds no cash value and is solely applicable as a deduction from the total transaction amount.

Validity

  1. This promotion is valid only from July 8th, 2023 to July 8th, 2024.
  2. After the expiry date of July 8th, 2024, the discount will no longer be valid and may not be claimed.

General Conditions

  1. A.R. Richards reserves the right to modify or terminate part or all of this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
  2. The £5 discount is non-transferrable and may not be assigned to any other person or entity.
  3. A.R. Richards holds no responsibility for any technical issues or disruptions that may prevent the discount from being applied during the transaction.

By participating in A.R. Richards’ Newport Show promotion, you understand, agree to and are bound to these Terms and Conditions. A.R. Richards reserves the right to refuse any transaction or applicable discount should any violation or misuse of these terms be detected or suspected.
